These terms govern your use of Dragly. By creating a workspace or running a scrape you agree to them.
You are responsible for your workspace, the people you invite, and anything done with your credentials. Keep them safe and tell us straight away if you think they've been exposed. One person, one login — shared logins are the fastest way to lose access.
Use Dragly to find businesses and people you have a legitimate reason to contact. Do not use it to harass anyone, to collect special-category personal data, or to build datasets you intend to resell as a list product. We rate-limit and, where necessary, suspend workspaces whose behaviour puts other customers' access at risk.
Searching and previewing are free. Credits are consumed only when you reveal a contact detail. Revealing a record you already own never charges you twice. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; unused credits roll over up to one month's allocation and expire after 60 days.
You are the controller of the data you collect through Dragly, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it. We act as your processor. If someone asks you to erase their data, use the erasure tools — we will honour suppression requests across every source so the record is not re-collected.
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability on the API and grid. Scraping depends on third-party platforms we do not control; when a platform changes, an adapter can be paused or rolled back without notice to protect your account health.
You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend a workspace immediately for non-payment, for abuse, or where continued activity threatens the platform for everyone else.
We will give at least 30 days' notice in-app before any material change to these terms. Continuing to use Dragly after that notice means you accept the revised terms.
